Dr. Crane is a Board-certified psychiatrist who provides outpatient psychiatric services in Montclair, New Jersey. She is dedicated to helping adults across the lifespan achieve optimal mental health and well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her psychiatry residency training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey.
Her training and achievements reflect her dedication to compassionate, high-quality care. For her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, she earned Highest Honors and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. In medical school, she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for her exemplary compassion while caring for patients. She received the “Best Teaching” award upon graduation from residency for her diligent work teaching residents and medical students. Dr. Crane was also nominated for the Golden Apple Award by medical students who recognized her commitment to both her students and her patients. In 2025, she earned Board-certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and achieved a score within the top 15% of all psychiatrists who took the exam that year.
Dr. Crane is excited to open a private practice in Montclair, NJ, to serve her local community. She has a special interest in treating anxiety and depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, sleep dysfunction, and focus-related challenges. Dr. Crane is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood.
